Mr. Guilarte’s aptitude as a thoughtful problem-solver is demonstrated in his dedication to assisting individuals, corporations, and business owners in attaining their insurance and financial objectives. Prior to establishing Guilarte Garrido Insurance in 2012, Mr. Guilarte was an agency owner with Allstate Insurance Company for 24 years, a tenure marked by his distinction as the youngest agent ever hired by the company at the age of 20.
His educational credentials include an insurance degree from Gold Coast School of Insurance, specializing in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Variable Annuities, along with certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), formerly known as the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), including Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses. Andres holds memberships in prominent industry associations, including the Florida Insurance Council (FIC), Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA), Florida Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (FAIFA), Professional Insurance Agents of Florida (PIA of Florida) and the Latin American Association of Insurance Agents (LAAIA). He proudly served as the chair of the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Miami-Dade County, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of the community, and is the founder of their Young Professionals Association, fostering the next generation of leaders. His community involvement extends to serving on the board of various private foundations.
A Miami native, Andres resides in South Miami with his wife, Pam, and their three children. Beyond his professional commitments, Andres finds joy and balance in life through running, fishing, and cherished moments spent with his French Bulldog, Chip.
